An airport shuttle service maybe something they have on and off depending on the season the best bet would be to contact the concierge at the Hilton directly to see if they have services or if they could recommend a local company best fitted for this request. I have used Uber in the past for shuttles from my downtown Milwaukee apartment to the airport and they have been smooth and rather inexpensive if no other shuttle options are available.

There's no shuttle for a guest from the airport to the hotel. But there's shuttle for the guest that goes a mile radius only and it usually depends on the availability. They provide shuttle for flight crews staying at the hotel.

It has a fun old times feel, but is also more modern in the rooms. It's also a very large hotel with good access to a lot of things.
